Any Day Now is a sophisticated adult drama, which is based on a true story and touches on legal and social issues that are as relevant today as they were 35 years ago. Alan Cummings and Garrett Dillahunt portray a loving couple who are fighting to adopt an abandoned down syndrome boy but are finding that their relationship status and sexual orientation is holding them back from providing a loving and safe environment for the boy.
